What to expect during a session:

When receiving a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy session, you will lay down on the table, on your back and fully clothed. I will place my hands gently under your sacrum and on various points of your head. By sensing into the nervous system, I can address the areas of tension and imbalance. The flow of cerebrospinal fluid through the craniosacral system improves, and the body begins to balance and return to a state of coherence. Adjustments can also be made throughout your body, typically on your spine and lower back. The process is very nourishing and harmonizing for the nervous system, and most people report feeling deeply relaxed. 

There are no known side effects to this therapy, and it can be used to complement other healing practices and Western medicine.
